Book Feature: The Grishaverse Trilogy

The Grisha Trilogy is a beautiful set of books! We definitely have them closer to the top of our very long TBR list. What did you think about it? Or is it on your TBR?

Is there a “Read Books” to “Unread Books” ratio that differentiates book readers from book COLLECTORS? I feel like we may have crossed that line!!

Synopsis

The Shadow Fold, a swathe of impenetrable darkness crawling with monsters that feast on human flesh, is slowly destroying the once-great nation of Ravka.

Alina, a pale, lonely orphan, discovers a unique power that thrusts her into the lavish world of the kingdom’s magical elite—the Grisha. Could she be the key to unravelling the dark fabric of the Shadow Fold and setting Ravka free?

The Darkling, a creature of seductive charm and terrifying power, is the leader of the Grisha. If Alina is to fulfill her destiny, she must discover how to unlock her gift and face up to her dangerous attraction to him.

But what of Mal, Alina’s childhood best friend? As Alina contemplates her dazzling new future, why can’t she ever quite forget him

There are so many books with beautiful covers our there. We received these books along with tons of others in the same shipment, and they were front and (almost) center in the picture of the Book Haul. Why? Because the covers stood out to me so much. I found them so beautiful!

  1. I see these books EVERYWHERE. I’m thinking it’s time to pick them up… but no, I don’t think there should be a line between reader and collector as long as you at least PLAN to read the books you buy. Otherwise I’d be a book hoarder 🙃🙃
